All items that have been opened may not be returned unless they are found to be defective or have errors.
If you wish to return any item, returns must be shipped withing 14 days of receiving, and return shipping cost will be handled by buyer. Once you have emailed us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please ship the item packaging it carefully and using whichever mail service you prefer, we prefer priority mail or ups ground with tracking.
Once unopened items have arrived back at the facility and been inspected, the cost of the item plus any applicable taxes will be credited back to the buyer in the manner of payment used, or otherwise by check through the mail.
